UIY has released a 40~50GHz coaxial circulator UIYCC4337A in September, which is classified into Q band or EHF band circulators.
UIYCC4337A is in bandwidth 12%, such as operation band in 40~45GHz, 45~50GHz. It is able to handle average 10W both in forward and reverse. The insertion loss is in 1.3dB max. The isolation higher than 14dB, Connector type 2.4mm-F or 2.4mm-M as per request. Mechanical size: 43*37*20mm, Operation temperature: -40 ~ +85°C.
By the development of cell phone network, the design of millimeter-wave circuit and subsystems (such as antennas, power amplifiers, mixers and oscillators) are very challenging to engineers. The 40~50GHz Coaxial Circulator represents a big step forward in the passive RF components industry.
